Hey friend, I’m Raylee I’ve been a women’s mindset coach, an entrepreneur and a mother my whole adult life, and I’m obsessed with the question, “How can I do it all well without sacrificing their happiness and my health?” The second question is “How can my children not end up in therapy while I chase my dreams?” Or, how can I do what is most important to me and still have a wonderful family and good health? I live in a small salty coastal town at Caves Beach with my four daughters, one son, a delicious husband, and a scraggy poodle Luna. We are a blended family locally referred to as The Brady Bunch. Chris, my husband, and I have two daughters and one son. We are a team and don’t differentiate between the families. We are an active family who loves the beach life, dirt bike riding and spending lots of time around campfires watching the bush tv. We cherish the simple things in life, and everything stops at 6:30 pm for family dinners. My greatest pride is in how well-oiled our family is. The house is organised, and the kids are resilient, respectful, and engaging. But, honestly, it wasn’t always like this way. Together we have evolved and learned what works and doesn’t. You, too, can have it all running smoothly. Business, fun and recreation, family and health are all balancing acts. But, with the proper ritual, mindset, habits and values, you can create a phenomenal family, career and home life. Inner strength coaching is an inside job.
